At Kordus Consulting, we provide accredited consultancy services within the legislative compliance sector, specifically focussing on asbestos legislation. 

Our combined experience is in excess of 70 years within the industry at Board level alone, with time spent in every area of asbestos management from client-side portfolio administration to delivering site-based and laboratory services. We have always complimented these services by providing consultancy services to decision-makers across all industry sectors within the UK. 

From the inception of our first company, First Order Red, the focus has always been on quality; this applies to both quality of service on-site and the quality of the advice provided to our clients. 

The standards achieved with this approach have resulted in awards for the training and development of our staff as well as recognition from the people who write the UK’s legislation. Our achievements in asbestos management have been recognised as market-leading and are yet to be surpassed across the industry. 

Additionally, our approach to conducting business by way of fair pricing, staff and client retention and prudent financial planning has led to awards from our local business community. 

More recently, two of our directors gained experience spending several years at board level managing a larger national business delivering asbestos consultancy services. This allowed us to understand the wider sector first-hand and view the differences between service delivery when working across the UK as opposed to being regionally focussed.  

Kordus Consulting aims to combine our experience gained from working across the UK within all market sectors, with our knowledge of how to achieve a best in class strategy to help our clients manage risk in their building stock.
